Our Global Community

NudgEd strives to be a deeply author-centric journal. We recognize that every submission represents not only months or years of dedicated work, but also an act of trust. Researchers who share their contributions with us are placing their ideas, their findings, and their scholarly reputation in our hands. We do not take that lightly.

We invite the global research community to join us in shaping a meaningful and ongoing dialogue around the use of artificial intelligence in education across all domains. In return, we offer our commitment to every author who contributes to this conversation: rapid and high-quality responses, a rigorous and fair review process, and the utmost respect for your participation in the formation of this important discourse.

This journal exists because of its community. And it is our responsibility to serve that community with the care and seriousness it deserves.

Call for Contributions

NudgEd invites contributions from across the full breadth of disciplines and professional contexts. Whether you are a researcher within the academic system, an edtech professional, a policymaker, an industry representative, or a practitioner working at the intersection of any of these, we want to hear from you.

Our mission is to create a space where innovative ideas are shared, where partnerships between policy, academia, and industry are tested and strengthened, and where a culture of both research and practice can thrive. We welcome contributions in all forms, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research, conceptual papers, case studies, new educational models, and systematic reviews.

Across Every Discipline

NudgEd is not bound to a single field. If your work involves the use of artificial intelligence in the education and development of future specialists in medicine and healthcare, business, management and entrepreneurship, engineering, architecture, design, humanities, social sciences, STEM, law, public policy and governance, arts, media, or the creative industries, this journal is for you. Equally, if your focus is on workforce training or lifelong learning in any of these areas, we are interested in what you have to share.

AI for Sustainable Development in Education

We hold a special interest in research that addresses the role of AI in advancing sustainable development through education. In particular, we welcome work aligned with the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

SDG 4, Quality Education. SDG 5, Gender Equality. SDG 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth. SDG 9, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. SDG 10, Reduced Inequalities. SDG 11, Sustainable Cities and Communities. SDG 12, Responsible Consumption and Production. SDG 13, Climate Action. SDG 16, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals.

If your research contributes to any of these goals through the lens of AI and education, NudgEd is a natural home for your work.

Join Our Conference

We believe in recognizing and celebrating the contributions of our authors beyond the pages of the journal. Every researcher who has successfully published in NudgEd is entitled to a 30% discount on the registration fee for our conference, Smart Algorithms and Models, where the dialogue continues in person and new connections are forged across disciplines.

We also take pride in highlighting the work of our authors. Contributions that demonstrate exceptional scholarly impact, as reflected through citation metrics and community engagement, will be acknowledged through the journal's website, within the relevant issue, and through formal certificates of recognition. It is our way of honoring the dedication and rigor that our authors bring to this growing body of knowledge.
